We have a new and exciting opportunity for high school students here in the 14th Congressional District. This fall we will assemble our first Youth Advisory Board (YAB). This opportunity will allow a group of students to meet with each other to discuss issues that are most important to them in relation to current legislation around those topics, as well as brainstorming ways they can address these issues at the local level.

• There will be eight meetings per YAB session, which will run from September through May with one meeting per month, excluding December.

• Students will need to attend 6 out of 8 meetings to stay in good standing
