Washington, DC - Congresswoman Jackie Speier (CA-14) will host a breakfast reception on Saturday, January 21, 2017 to discuss why 2017 is the year that the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) will finally be ratified, making the rights of women part of the U.S. Constitution once and for all. Joining her will be several leaders in the women’s rights movement, including Academy Award-Winning Actor Patricia Arquette and more than 300 women, many of them constituents from California's 14th Congressional District and beyond.
